When entering the other person's data, you must first enter the NIF or NIE and press the "Verify" button.
With this option, it is checked whether or not this person exists in the Representa database. Based on this verification:
- if it exists and we do not have representations with this person ➡️ data appear partially anonymized and do not need to be incorporated
- if it exists and we already have representations with this person ➡️ data appear visibly and do not need to be incorporated
- if it does not exist ➡️ you must enter the data
The data will be visible when the person accepts the representation or validates it for us.
